By creating an account or using Cookmory, you accept these terms.

2. The service

Cookmory organizes recipes, imports content, supports meal planning, shopping lists, family spaces and browser-generated PDF files. Features may change.

3. Accounts

Provide a valid email, protect your password, and do not access another person’s account. You can delete your account in Settings.

4. Your content

You retain rights to your content and grant Cookmory the limited permission needed to store, process and display it. You confirm that you may lawfully use and share it.

5. Imports and public links

Review imported text for errors. Public links are accessible to anyone who receives them until revoked. Do not share confidential content.

6. Family spaces

The family owner manages membership and the paid plan. Members share selected family features. Each user remains responsible for their own edits and content.

7. Plans and limits

Cookmory offers Free and Pro. Free includes up to 50 recipes and one cover image per recipe, with each stored cover limited to 250 KiB. Pro includes the paid features and limits shown on the pricing page. PDF import is available on all plans; PDF cookbook export is available on Pro. Pro can be selected monthly or yearly: €3.99/month or €19.99/year, 399 ₽/month or 1,999 ₽/year, and $4.99/month or $24.99/year. The yearly period is selected by default. When you select Pro, it is activated immediately on a provisional basis. We send a payment link to your email address within one hour; complete payment within 24 hours to keep access. After payment is confirmed, Pro continues with its full limits and features. If payment is not confirmed in time, the account returns to Free under the applicable Free limits.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not attack, scrape abusively, evade limits or access other users’ data.
• Do not upload unlawful, malicious or rights-infringing content.
• Do not interfere with service operation.

9. Availability and backups

The service is provided as available. Keep independent copies of important information; uninterrupted availability or restoration is not guaranteed.

10. Food and health disclaimer

Recipes and nutritional information are informational. Verify allergens, safety, quantities and imported text yourself. Cookmory does not provide medical advice.

11. Suspension and termination

Access may be limited for abuse, security or legal reasons. You may stop using Cookmory and delete your account.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cookmory is not liable for indirect losses or decisions based on recipes, imports or nutritional information. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

13. Governing law

Portuguese law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protections or rights to use applicable dispute-resolution mechanisms.
